Top Line Floors is owned and operated by Dennis Giesler. Dennis has been in the flooring business since 1975 when he was an installer at Cortez Furniture.  Over the years.  Dennis has done work all over the Four Corners area.  Including Gouldings Lodge in Monument Valley, Bauer House in Mancos and The Mountain Lodge at Telluride.  Dennis opened Top Line Floors in December of 1998.  In July 2006, after a warehouse fire, we moved to the temporary location at 11012 Hwy 491 just 3 miles north of Cortez. In the future we  look forward to moving back to our 112 South Market Street location upon the restoration of our showroom and warehouse.
